In order to make our booking policy even more transparent, we have prepared a special page, where you will find the answers of the most frequent questions.
The handing over of the keys takes place form 12 o’clock noon on. At the day of departure, rooms have to be left within 10 am. On request and prior agreement with the reception, it is possible to stay longer in the room.
How can I park the car?
The Hotel has a private parking, but with a limited number of parking spaces.
Where can we rent a car?
Our personnel will help you to contact the numerous car rentals of the area as well as the ones at the airport/railway station.
Is it possible to send a fax or e-mails from the hotel?
Our receptionists will be glad to send any kind of document for you by fax, just at the cost of the phone call. Within certain limits it is possible to use the ADSL internet connection at the reception for the sending of e-mails.
What type of menu is proposed at the hotel’s restaurant?
Every day, our restaurant offers a different menu, where one has the choice between fish and meat dishes, fresh fruit and homemade cakes.
Where can I find … a park … a tobacco shop … etc?
Our hotel cooperates with several shops of any category and has therefore produced a small shopping guide of Lido di Camaiore with discounts and free gifts for our guests. Within the guide, a small city map, where you’ll find the location of the hotel indicated.

What to do in the evening?
Versilia is a quite vivacious place with several meeting places in the evening, from Marina di Torre Del Lago until the wet dock around Viareggio, from the promenade with several shops of Lido di Camaiore, to the more exclusive Forte dei Marmi. You have the choice between several pubs and bars, ice-cream parlours or nightclubs with live music, or discos like the famous “TWIGA” at Forte dei Marmi
Besides Lido di Camaiore, which places are worth visiting?
Versilia does offer everything: sea for those who love to practice any kind of water sports (sailing and windsurfing) or love to get a nice tan, to make excursions in the countryside discovering antique villages, still intact; for those who love trekking in the mountains on the numerous trails of the Apuan Alps will find there refuges, where it is possible to have dinner or to pass the night as well as faces of various difficulties for climbers. Numerous and well known all over the world are the art towns that can be visited in one day from Lido di Camaiore (Lucca 20 km, Pisa 20 Km, Florence 80 Km, the Chianti Area 100 Km with its romantic and fabulous landscape, Carrara with its imposing marble caves is just 15 km away). This is only a small schedule of what to do or to see; the event calendar of the Versilia, is particularly rich during the summer season; just to remember the Puccini Festival, taking place every year at the renowned opened Theatre at the Massaciuccoli lake, the numerous village festivals, where it is possible to taste typical products and antique flavors, beach parties, sailing regattas, jazz concerts of several artists coming from the carnival town of Viareggio and much more.
Is there a fitness centre in the neighborhood?
For those who are on holiday and don’t want to renounce to be in form, we have made an arrangement with a fitness centre nearby, that allows our guests to make use of the good and modern equipment with daily or weekly tickets at very special prices.
Are pets allowed?
We do admit small and medium size pets, used to stay in inside.
All the reservations have to be guaranteed by credit card or a down payment. The hotel guarantees that the credit card won’t be charged with any sum, except the case that the cancellation policy won’t be respected. Reservations have to be cancelled at least one week before the arrival date. In case that the cancellation takes place after this date, the hotel has the right to keep the whole down payment.
Is the Hotel closed during the night?
The presence of a night porter guarantees the opening of the hotel 24 hours a day during the months of June, July and August; however, during the remaining period it is possible to enter also during the night.
Are there shops nearby?
Yes, the hotel is contiguous to the seafront, the most important pedestrian precinct of Lido di Camaiore, from the tourist and commercial point of view.
At what time can we have breakfast?
From 8 to 10 am a rich breakfast buffet is waiting for you
At what time can we have lunch or dinner?
Lunch is served at 1 pm and dinner at 8 pm.

How far is the hotel from the sea away?
Just 200 mt; in fact it is better to leave the car at the hotel and reach the beach on foot (3 minutes). Our location offers many advantages, besides being the very central Via Roma and being quite peaceful, cool and with few traffic.
How are the beaches?
The famous Versilia beaches are renowned for the fine gold sand and shallow water. Of particular quality are the services offered at the bathing establishments.
Are there bathing establishments that have an arrangement with the hotel?
Our hotel has an arrangement with two bathing establishments that both offer a high quality service and particular conditions for our guests.
What type of price reductions are offered for children?
On request we do provide special discounts for children from 0 to 10 years. Furthermore, against payment, a baby sitter is available in the evening at the hotel.
Is there a children’s playground?
Only 400 m from our Hotel is located the children’s playground “Pitagora” that has an agreement with our hotel. The park is completely fenced and equipped with games of any type, such as a skating rink, a football and basketball field, as well as a snack bar where one can have a snack pause or have ice-cream under the fresh green pine grove. Exclusively for our guests, ask for the “pitagorini” that you’ll find for free at the reception.
